Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND8+years experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development,architectureand/or consulting
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical salesmanagersand/or technical architect


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 12+years experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    • ORMaster's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+years experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    • OR equivalent experience
  • years experienceworking in a customer-facing role (e.g.,internaland/or external)
  • years experienceleading technical projects, teams, or functions
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
  • 5+ years people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers

Cloud Solution Architecture M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work

Oversee execution plans and approach thatare aligned to partner business goals and priorities, driving clarity and joint accountability. Coach team to provide feedback & insights from customers/partners to relevantMicrosoft
  • Leadership and Strategy:Model, coach, and care for your team, fostering a culture focused on excellence. Drive execution of technology strategy and digital transformation by your team, guiding technical roadmaps for strategic accounts. Establish and communicate performance expectations and lead the team to accept changes andretainperformance levels while responding to changing demands. Demonstrate inclusiveness, inspire a growth mindset, and lead by example.
