What you will accomplish:
Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve buyer experience for Focus Categories by collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and understanding buyer needs.
Lead experiments to test hypotheses and identify solutions that improve conversion rates and engagement.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and analytics teams to design, develop, and launch product features that drive growth and engagement.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and experiments.
Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders across the company.
What you will bring:
5+ years of product management or strategy consulting experience with e-commerce experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Experience running experiments to test hypotheses and identify solutions to improve conversion rates and engagement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in an agile development environment and delivering products iteratively.
