Develop and maintain a positive, professional, and proactive operating group focused on monitoring, technical execution, and customer service
Plan, supervise, and coordinate Battery Recycling Operations Group activities
Ensure group adherence to safety protocols and advocate for improvements
Lead skilled technical staff in executing complex operations of Battery Recycling equipment and processes
Enforce policies, develop procedures, and plan resource utilization for daily activities
Provide training, mentoring, and career development to shift personnel
Address complex issues, advise team members, and manage on-shift escalations
What You’ll Bring
4+ years of related trade experience in a supervision/management role in high -risk production environments
Work in heavy equipment rooms, chemical storage, and distribution locations, and industrial waste plants
Potential to work with materials which contain hazardous chemicals. Ability to work outside in the elements ranging from 0-110F in the wind, rain, and snow
Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for 10+ hours per day, climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding or other high structures, and lift up to 50 pounds
Wearing Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to: safety glasses, safety shoes, hard hat,and adhering to prescribed safety rules and guidelines
Ability to wear a full-face air-purifying respirator while performing mildly or moderately exertional tasks for 4 consecutive hours, up to 12 hours per day
Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
