CMMS Performance Manager, Workplace Services
Department Description
Responsibilities:
* Develop strong working knowledge of CMMS tools and processes; be the subject matter expert for CMMS tools and integration of business processes within Real Estate and Workplace Services
* Optimize process and performance through adoption of the CMMS, drive detailed global standard reactive and preventative maintenance programs through the tool
* Define and supervise KPIs and critical reporting, partner with the technology product owner to scale operations through the use of the CMMS technology
* Own processes, guidelines and standards and drive alignment across our global portfolio as it related to CMMS
* Own and handle the relationships with current CMMS technologies partners; oversee all implementations, enhancements and upgrades to ensure global alignment
* Document, maintain, and drive improvements in current CMMS processes; identify areas of opportunity to use expanded CMMS technologies
* Develop strategy to expand on data measures via technologies (badging systems, sensors, etc) and processes to collect, analyze and take action based on this data
* Accountable for data governance processes related to CMMS tools
* Develop appropriate data reporting processes; assist with the development of dashboards and other enhanced reporting to provide ease of data access
* Provide guidance and training for REWS team members related to the CMMS tools and technologies
* Explore enhancement opportunities with internal TEDI team and other industry leading technologies
Required Experience/Skills:
* 5-7 years of professional experience in space planning and occupancy strategy, with emphasis on data analytics
* Validated experience integrating business processes and technologies
* Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise wide CMMS technologies
* Shown data management and analytic skills with the ability to identify and act on data insights
* Excellent program management and communication skills
* Driven, entrepreneurial, self-starting
* Ability to problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Positive team-oriented, hands-on, adaptive, and customer-focused attitude
* Comfortable collaborating with team with varied strengths members, including space planners, occupancy planners and facility managers
* Experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Google Office applications

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $190,900. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $190,900. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
