We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide QualityControl Inspection support for Honeywell. In this role, you will partner withmanufacturing teams and leaders to ensure that quality is maintained in allfactors involved in production. You will be responsible for all activitiesinvolving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatoryrequirements, as well as performing product inspection and/or audits of qualitycontrol programs. • Perform various testing, including Tensile, Tear,Puncture, Aging, Hardness, Water Vapor Permeation tests, etc., as per plantin-house procedures, customer-specific, and ASTM/EN requirements.
• Conduct daily viscosity and solids tests, and report thefindings.
• Accountable for distillation checks on incoming solventand in-house distilled solvent using GC (Gas chromatography).
• Process customer returns.
• Perform audits of outgoing quality of products shipped andmaintain accurate records of the findings.
• Perform pH level verification on porcelain cleaning tanks.
• Perform Gage Calibration, track calibration due, andschedule calibration as needed.
• Assist in writing and revising Standard work.
• Assist in performing ISO 9001 internal audits and 5sAudits as needed.
• Demonstrate commitment to plant 5S and continualimprovement initiatives.
• Provide backup support to other Quality personnel asneeded.
• Support other plant initiatives as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in the use of personal computers with MSExcel, Word, and Outlook. • Associate Degree/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of Quality Lab experience.
• Prior working experience on Gas chromatography.
• Understanding of Gage Calibration.
• Audit Experience.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate with others and work independently.
• Attention to detail.
