- 3+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience in Casualty Insurance claims management.

- MBA
- Experience in writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI
- 3+ Years of Auto Liability Claims Management or Claim Consultant experience
- Experience writing and presenting complex analytical findings to executive level leadership
