Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

General corporate tax advisory works and drafting/ vetting of the documents such as tax opinions, written submissions, power point presentations.

Advising on tax and compliance issues relating to requirements under Indian Income tax Act, tax treaties, etc.
Issuing opinions and memorandums on various issues relating to Income tax, foreign exchange law and corporate laws
Work as a team with litigation team in complex litigations.
Good knowledge of legal issues and keeps abreast of developments in law.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Chartered Accountant

Prior experience in direct tax domain, including preparing tax advisory memos, written submissions, presentations is preferable.
