Own IONIX’s customer-facing Portal and product flows end-to-end, ensuring customers can operationalize the product effectively and reduce their risk.
Lead the product strategy and roadmap development, define the OKRs of the domain, track progress, and navigate to success
Work closely with engineering, design, and field teams to build and maintain the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and address daily challenges.
Engage with customers to deeply understand their challenges, identify opportunities, help them use the product successfully, and present new initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales and assist with key sales efforts.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and other field teams to gather input, communicate upcoming deliveries, and participate in GTM activities.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
Experience working on Enterprise SaaS security products.
Experience working on MSSP portals and users management.
Cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with stakeholders, and the ability to pitch ideas, shape product roadmaps, and support cross-team initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and experience with product metrics and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to demonstrate the connection of data, customer feedback, and company goals to identify product opportunities, and translate that to execution and business outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to various stakeholders, including customers, engineers, and analysts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
