Who you’ll be working with:

Sales: You will liaise with the NEXYTE North America sales team, working closely to support their mission to increase brand awareness and accelerate pipeline growth.

As a Cognyter you will:

  • Assist in preparing shipments, setting up and dismantling tradeshow exhibits, and ensuring all materials are organized and presented effectively.
  • Contribute to planning and executing outbound email campaigns, including segmenting lists, drafting compelling copy, and coordinating with design teams for visuals.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and SEO best practices and aid in developing marketing content such as blog posts, social media updates, and website content.
  • Assist in compiling and analyzing data for quarterly marketing reports, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Support the marketing team with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating with external vendors.

For that mission you’ll need:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, essential for coordinating event logistics, managing email campaigns, and compiling reports accurately.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for emails, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with marketing CRM automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) is an advantage, but not required.
  • A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience and a hands-on upstart mentality will be considered.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
