As
General Manager, Digital Sustainability – Connected Industrials (HCI)

Sustainability is a top theme for Honeywell, and you will play a pivotal role in leading the digital business for sustainability across the organization. You will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of digital solutions that enable sustainable practices and contribute to a greener future. You will also have the opportunity to engage closely with our Integrated team to implement strong processes and better serve our customers.

You will report directly to the VP & GM, Connected Industrials, and you will work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish the commercial strategy for the end-to-end Emissions business, including go-to-market strategy, market segmentation, customer value proposition, and identification of revenue streams.
  • Define the Strategic Plan and business roadmap, product portfolio optimization, asset strategy, and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize Honeywell Forge Sustainability+ as the core platform for implementing digital sustainability solutions, leveraging its advanced analytics and optimization capabilities.
  • Utilize Honeywell's patented sensing platform for emissions to accurately measure and monitor environmental impact.
  • Utilize Honeywell Rebellion camera for emissions to detect and analyze emissions sources and provide actionable insights for emissions reduction.
  • Partner with the sales teams across the globe to develop pipeline and deliver Orders and Revenue commitment.
  • Own business performance across the entire product life cycle, including marketing, product management, research & development, operations & sales in a technical environment.
  • Assume accountability for the business unit's financial performance, overseeing profit and loss (P&L) statements, setting financial targets, and driving initiatives to achieve revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Direct day-to-day operations encompassing sales, marketing, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with financial targets.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance, while developing talent and ensuring succession planning.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 10+ years of business management and leadership experience, including building long-term strategic business plans and establishing annual operating plans
  • Emissions and Sustainability domain expertise, preferably in leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies and their application in driving sustainable practices
  • Experience in emissions reduction and sustainability initiatives
  • Good understanding of global framework and regulations related to decarbonization
  • P&L accountability experience
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing, negotiating, and partnering in a global matrix organization and delivering results through matrix reports.
  • Proven track of driving outcomes and impacting customer businesses.
  • Experience in change management, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
