Through engagement with High-Voltage Distribution, Battery and Power Electronics design teams, develop test plans, including timing and samples
Root cause and recreate failure modes
Analyze test data and document in test reports, share results with the team to understand failures and improve designs
Build the appropriate electrical environment for each unit being tested, reaching out to firmware and hardware teams to bring up the device under test
Develop and run tests to abuse high-voltage/high-current joints and connectors
Identify needs for test equipment and specify, purchase, and integrate them
Recognize test execution hazards and find ways to mitigate them
Assist in commissioning a new high-voltage test lab with new test chambers
