As an Experienced Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell Aerospace (AERO SBG), you will play a critical role in the production and assembly of aerospace components and systems. You will work in our advanced facility in Plymouth, Minnesota, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.

You will report directly to our Manufacturing Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, Minnesota location.

The annual pay for this role is $50,800 - $76,200.*Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes
• Document and report any issues or concerns related to equipment or product quality

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing
• Strong technical skills and ability to operate manufacturing equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Electronic manufacturing experience
• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Experience with precision measurement tools and equipment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles
