Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in an Enterprise Technology company, Business Excellence, Sales Operations, or Sales Management role.

MBA or advanced degree.
Experience establishing new processes and cadence within high-growth organizations.
Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
Experience in Cloud and fast-paced growth environment.
Ability to navigate and influence within a business environment.
