VP of Engineering, VEP
Key Accountabilities (1- and 3-Year Focus):
Technical Vision & Strategy: Define and champion the long-term technical vision for the VEP, aligning with overall business objectives.

Qualifications
BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience. Significant design/architecture experience
10+ years’ experience designing and leading software architecture.
Deep expertise in the Salesforce (SFDC) platform, coupled with strong knowledge of Sales and Customer Success for Enterprise businesses.
A hands-on builder capable of operating effectively at both detailed implementation (micro) and strategic planning (macro) levels.
Possesses deep Artificial Intelligence (AI) expertise in building and scaling AI-native applications and models, complemented by experience with cloud/SaaS and highly scalable systems. Strong knowledge of AI/ML, including Generative AI.
Demonstrated thought leadership in platform development, architecture, and scaling strategies.
Proven ability to lead and empower high-performing engineering teams that do not report to you.
Comprehensive understanding of cloud computing, microservices, and API design. Expertise in modern technology stacks, API design principles, microservices architecture, public cloud platforms, and various programming languages.
Solid knowledge of data management, analytics, and reporting practices, along with expertise in user authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
