Responsibilities:
To exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into new logo accounts in Korea. You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
Territory identification and research, go to market territory strategy and create qualified target account list.
Leads generation with support from inside sales team through cold calling and email campaigns.
Pipeline development through a combination of marketing events and working with partners.
Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).
Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.
Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
Minimum qualifications :
10+ years of proven direct sales experience in IT solutions, with a focus on enterprise (application) software or SaaS
3+ years of experience selling to top-tier Korean electronics enterprises
Excellent interpersonal, communication, andrelationship-buildingskills
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets and metrics
Proven track record in securing net new business and upselling within existing accounts
Business-level fluency in Korean and English
Preferred qualifications :
Sales background in technology industry is highly regarded.
Work experience inSoftware/Platform/Majorstart-ups/oversea’s company.
A proven ability to build connections with industry subject matter experts and customer profiles.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital and application trends, particularly in the CRMspace as well as AI industry
