Subscription Renewal Representative
You will report to the Manager, Subscription Renewals.
Technology You'll UseRenewals process, Sales Lifecycle, Order Management
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do- Meet or exceed defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota
- Help with accurate forecasting and weekly reporting
- Secure appropriate order information, per Informatica business process
- Obtain a clear understanding of Informatica product and support value proposition
- Understand customer licence purchase and renewal history
- Co-term customer renewals.
- Discover and maintain certain customer data.
- Help qualify the buying process, budget and timeframe
- Deliver validated renewal quotes to customers 180 days in advance of expiration
- Manage customer negotiations
- Manage ongoing customer success
- Help with internal customer renewal status/history inquiries
- Collaborate and work together with Field/Inside Sales team.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships
What We'd Like to See- Ensure accuracy of CRM data and sales activity tracking
- Position up-selling and create cross-sell leads.
- Obtain a clear understanding and adherence to Informatica Sales process and policies
- Respond to/research/follow up
Role Essentials- History of over-achievement of sales quotas and recognised success.
- Analytical, data manipulation and other technical skills
- Work while demonstrating confidence and maintaining integrity and credibility.
- Experience with CRM application
- Experience with business application software
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience
