Job Description:
Your Day-to-Day
Strategic approach to coordinating and scheduling meetings. Ensuring requests have a clearly defined purpose and time zone sensitivities are considered.
React with appropriate urgency to requests/situations requiring a quick turnaround and take effective action without knowing the whole picture.
Manage expenses and travel arrangements (domestic & international). Process system approvals in a timely manner.
What You Need to Bring
8+ years’ experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Slack-based culture.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and prioritize leader’s calendar based on rapidly shifting priorities.
Strong calendar management skills, including coordinating complex executive meetings across multiple time zones.
Ability to take initiative and ownership over sometimes ambiguous tasks and situations with little oversight. Execute with high confidentiality, integrity, discretion, and high attention to detail.
