As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the Finance leadership team to streamline processes, implement AI-driven solutions, and align strategic initiatives. Your ability to connect the dots between technology and finance will be critical to ensuring that our organization remains agile and competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Oversee and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with the overall goals of the Finance organization and timely delivery of key initiatives.

Identify opportunities for efficiencies within financial processes and recommend AI-based solutions to enhance productivity and accuracy in reporting and data analysis.

Leverage AI and analytics to provide actionable insights that support informed decision-making at all levels of the Finance organization.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI within finance and shared services, proactively recommending innovative solutions to enhance organizational relevance and competitiveness.

What we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred

• Proven experience in finance/accounting, technology, or a related field, with a track record of implementing AI-driven initiatives within a finance organization.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Excellent analytical skills, with a solid understanding of data analysis and its application in finance.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across various levels and functions.

• A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Familiarity with finance systems, IT infrastructure, and shared services best practices.
