As a
Key Responsibilities:
Own the commercial contracts and SPOT revenues
Achieve Annual Operating plan
Effective and efficient resource management and people utilization
Driving future direction by driving training programs to enhance engineers and technicians’ level of competence
Responsible of forecasting, cost management, scheduling and reporting
Identify and challenge latent defects while managing clients and building strong relationship
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Degree in an engineering discipline; Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
10+ years of technical experience in the industry; BMS or electronic security specialty preferred
Exceptional staff management and process improvement skills
Experience working on commercial maintenance contracts
Demonstrated ability to meet and improve delivered financial results from implemented estimates
Effective communication - both verbal and written and negotiation skills
People leader, proven track record in delivering contract obligations
Technical and financial acumen
