In addition the role will devise and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role will have a key contribution in the continuous improvement of how we launch product. In addition to this, the role will be involved in strategic initiatives across operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years experience in combination of logistics or project management experience with minimum 8 years of Operations experience.
- IT systems (SAP, WMS, TMS, EDI, etc capabilities) experience.
- Proficient with MS Excel and basic project planning tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience/tracked records in project management, including management of scope, time and schedule, with balance of quality and risk management.
- Excellent leadership skills that influence decisions and facilitate change management through pro-active collaboration with all levels across both the Business & IS&T communities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated sound interpersonal and effective communications skills at all levels of business communication.
- Facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, and demonstrated success at building teams and relationships with key people in local and remote sites.
- Self directed and motivated with a strong sense of urgency, focus on outcomes and drive for success.
- Understanding of the business processes and ability to document them as needed by the project.
- Virtual teaming and ability of working with multi-disciplinary business groups.
- Proficient with MS Excel and basic project planning tools.
- Ability to identify potential gaps and impact to the end to end supply chain from plan changes in programs.
