To be successful as a web production team leader, you should be a strong communicator, comfortable supporting a global team, have a keen eye for detail, and have excellent organizational skills plus strong leadership qualities and confidence to produce high-quality and highly accurate work.

Skills / Requirements:

· Expert knowledge in WordPress. Knowledge of popular plugins such as WPbakery a plus.

· Strong understanding of CSS, HTML, Javascript, and PHP.

· Understanding of the most recent version of Bootstrap.

· Proficiency with Adobe tools as well as Figma.

· Ability to estimate project hours and delivery timelines.

· Management skills including in-house project management across various groups.

· Clear written and verbal communication skills.

· Can create and maintain process documentation.

· Ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

· At least 3 years of web production experience in a team lead capacity.

· Experience communicating to stakeholders across the globe on topics such as production, process and timelines.

· Complete control of the Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with project management tools (ie, Monday.com, Asana, JIRA)

· Acute attention to detail, organized, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

· The ability to learn quickly, execute independently, think analytically, and deliver on a deadline.

· Must be a consummate team player willing to step in and assist others when needed and wear many hats.

· An entrepreneurial, ambitious attitude.

· An interest in furthering skills in team leadership, website development and how search engines index websites.
