Sr Advance System Engineer
As a Sr Advance system engineer here at Urban Air Mobility group, Honeywell, you will be responsible for system engineering and driving the development and delivery of high-quality solutions for UAM. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, design system architectures, and ensure the successful execution of projects. In this role, you will impact the development of cutting-edge solutions that address critical challenges in areas such as Avionics, Urban Air Mobility, Security, and Certification aspects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for system requirements, architecture, and Safety
- Responsible for system testing
- Responsible for Installation Engineering bulletin
- Responsible for developing certification documents.
- Collaborate with a team of system engineers in the development and delivery to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and system architectures
- Ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting quality, timeline, and budget requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, driving innovation within the team
- Work closely with software team in the development and delivery of the product.
YOU MUST HAVE
- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.S
- 12+ years of experience in system development, Certification aspects,
- Strong understanding of system development best practices, DO178C, ARP 4754, ARP 4761, and architecture principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience in system engineering development teams and driving successful project delivery
- Strong expertise in system design and architecture for aerospace applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Avionics technologies and certification
- Knowledge of UAM/Drones technologies/Ground Control Station
- Good communication skills and have demonstrated working with a global team.
- Ability to work in a dynamic product development environment.
