- Experience owning tech strategy, end to end delivery, and partnering with senior leadership.
- Proven ability to provide technical and strategic oversight for a high-performing global team of hundreds of engineers.
- 10+ years of mentoring and growing engineers.

- 20+ years of deep hands-on technical expertise in building complex distributed systems.
- Experience solving customer and technical problems with durable, scalable solutions over multi-year, multi-billion dollar, and multi-organization impact.
- Desire and ability to inspire and influence at all levels, from engineering graduates, to VPs, SVPs, and CTOs.
- Published research or patents in relevant technical areas.
- Master's or PhD preferred.
