- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Reliability Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a HVAC, electrical, controls, water chemistry, generators, mechanical, or other similar technical domain.
- 5 years of experience in a data center or facilities environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or Reliability Engineering.
- Experience in managing people in critical operations roles.
- Experience in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and engineering.
- Experience communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, including executives.
- Experience forecasting resource requirements in data-driven ways.
- Data Center management experience.
