Capital One Sr Manager Business Development - Velocity Black

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate outbound targets for business development deals.

  • Handle inbound requests from potential enterprise partners.

  • Engage enterprise prospects.

  • Create decks to evaluate strategic opportunities.

  • Support and lead deal team in negotiation, due diligence, pricing, contract structuring.

  • Post-close, support implementation team and ensure proper handover of each new enterprise client to V4B’s Account Management team

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

  • At least 4 years of Business Development experience in Enterprise Sales

  • At least 2 years of consulting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing or Finance

  • 5+ years of Business Development experience in Enterprise Sales

  • 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Financial Services Industry or Investment Banking

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
