Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in design technology, UX engineering, web development, or related fields.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead major prototyping and proof-of-concept efforts within an organization.
- Proven track record in pushing the boundaries of user interface design through experimentation, developing new tools and processes, and partnering with design, engineering, data science, and research teams.
- Exceptional organizational and self-direction skills, efficient in managing multiple and complex projects.
- Strong sense of web design fundamentals and user experience principles.
- Proficient in modern JavaScript technologies, including React, and/or native iOS/Android development.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Skills and Expertise:
- Technical Design Principles: Expertise in creating comprehensive solutions that demonstrate refined technical design principles.
- Broad Integration: Ability to craft proofs-of-concept that integrate complex technologies like AI/ML and real datasets.
- AI/ML & Data: Deep understanding of AI concepts and personalized user experiences.
- Generative AI: Proficient in utilizing Generative AI tools to produce code, content, or motion.
- Narrative Storytelling: Uses robust storytelling skills to create compelling technology narratives that inspire and drive collective vision within the organization.
- Large-Scale Solutions: Builds scalable solutions to address business problems across mobile and web platforms in collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
