Responsibilities
  • Manage Relationships Be part of an elite team overseeing the business and technical relations with mobile, PC, and emerging platforms and distribution services (such as the AppleApp Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store, Steam and others), ensuring Plarium's games are well-positioned and supported across app stores and distribution platforms.
  • Promotion Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to secure promotional opportunities, such as featuring, special campaigns, and strategic launches for new and existing games.
  • Explore New business opportunities: Lead initiatives that leverage platform technologies and tools, such as discovery opportunities, new monetization channels, and regional expansion. You’ll evaluate these opportunities and manage their execution from start to finish.
  • Support internal studios and games: Support our studios throughout their lifecycle: from conception, through global Go-To-Market, and for as long as the games remain in live service.
  • Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all games meet platform requirements, follow best practices, and stay up to date with changing platform policies, guidelines, and technical standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track game performance on platforms, providing feedback to internal teams on potential optimizations for discoverability, ranking, and user acquisition.
  • Partnership Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms for promotions, exclusive deals, and co-marketing initiatives with platform partners.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, development) to align platform strategies with game launches, updates, and promotional events.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed and proactively update key stakeholders and management about industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape
What we expect
  • Experience and knowledge in the gaming industry – a must
  • 3+ years of experience from a gaming company or other company in this field – must
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills, backed by relevant academic background (at least BA or equivalent)
  • A thorough understanding of the mobile and PC gaming ecosystem - (experience with other platforms is a plus).
  • Ability to work within a complex organization structure while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Excellent and deep knowledge of Excel – must
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data sets, extracting insights and recommended actions (experience with industry standard tools for business insights is a plus).
  • Proven capabilities in office tools, and specifically a thorough understanding of spreadsheets, and generating high-impact presentations
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written English language communication.
  • Ability to travel multiple times a year to industry events and meetings
