Introduction
Your Role and Responsibilities
Is responsible for analyzing, recreating, and resolving customer reported problems related to Db2 for z/OS. Analyzes complex problems in a disciplined manner and clearly communicates solutions and workarounds to customers. Provides technical support assistance directly to customers and/or IBM representatives using problem determination and technical analytical skills.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least Batchelor degree in Software engineering or similar area.
Not a must have but prefer to have been familiar with one or more of the following:
– Be familiar with the mainframe z/OS operating system.
– Be familiar with the Db2 for z/OS relational database system.
– Some programming skill.
– Experience with Database management system.
Service:
– Have passion to provide technical service diagnosing customer problems and providing solutions.
– Willing to work in flex hours if needed.
– Management Systems. Verbal and written proficiency in English. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience working with and diagnosing problems on IBM Z.
