Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, graphic design, or other relevant field; Masters preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
7+ years of experience in interaction design, product design or related field, preferably at a SaaS company.
Expert knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Deep knowledge of user experience methods, design principles and frameworks.
Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results.
Proven track record in setting a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring stakeholders to get behind the vision.
Exemplary ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams through facilitative leadership.
Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator.
