Description
Daily test operations, identifying Mac hardware/software issues, designing test plans, developing tests and supporting data in a bluetooth QA capacity.Working on-site on new hardware programs in development.Identify, record, document testing and issues thoroughly and drive issues to resolution.Review new features and technologies critically to devise new test strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Bluetooth technologies (BT classic, BLE, BT5.0, BT/WLAN co-existence).
- Understanding of Bluetooth protocols with a deep understanding of hardware technology, equipment and techniques used in industry.
- The ability to critically assess the quality and interoperability of bluetooth devices, software applications and customer workflows.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools with the ability to write and execute automation/scripting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous QA experience desirable.
- Ability to identify key performance indicators as a measure of Bluetooth quality.
- Experience of identifying and collecting Bluetooth metrics.
