Your responsibilities:

  • Evaluates present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of compensation and benefit trends to evaluate competitive position as it relates to the company's strategy.
  • Use job evaluation process to determine job requirements and prepare market data analysis to determine compensation program assignment (pay structures, variable pay, equity.)
  • Advise, educate and coach Human Resources and management on Total Reward programs and systems.
  • Represent Total Rewards and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives.
  • Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate course of action.
  • Responds to and resolves a variety of escalated compensation and benefits issues.
  • May be responsible for health and welfare programs, capital accumulation, sales compensation, executive compensation and benefits, base pay and incentive plan administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Total Rewards Analyst essential
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus
  • Some flexibility to travel when required
