Your day to day
- Design, develop, andimplement robust Java applications for a large-scale Underwriting and Fraud detectionplatform, ensuringit's architected for scale, supports multiple tenants seamlessly, and integrates with various internal Paypal services.

Technical Skills:
Strong Design and Programming skills inJava, Spring, andHibernate.
- 5-8 years of software design and web application development experience.
- Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, Unit Testing, and build tools.
Strong OOP skills, with ability to analyze requirements and transform into scalable software designs.
Proficient understanding of SQL and other/NoSQL/modern database and storage technologies. Desired understanding of Oracle, JDBC and ORM frameworks .
- Solid understanding of web-based programming languages.
- Rich object-oriented design and analysis skills.
- Ability to resolve ambiguity in requirements and estimate engineering effort for realistic schedules
- Should be a strong advocate of code craftsmanship, good coding standards and use of tools that will improve the quality of the delivered code.
- BS degree in computer science or related fields; MS preferred.
