The Data Quality Lead Analyst within the Data Quality Adoption team contributes to efforts to ensure that everyone at the firm has adopted the data governance requirements defined by the Citi Data Governance Policy. The Data Quality Lead Analyst works with different stakeholders to help them understand their CDGP-related obligations, identify necessary changes, develop a plan to achieve compliance, and partners with them through to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions, and/or run data consumption demand and requirements
• Support execution of Data Quality Operations operating model
• Supports activities to drive Data Quality measurement, produce Data Quality dashboards and reports, and implement Data Quality strategies to effectively govern data and improve Data Quality
• Lead data improvement initiatives, processes, and creation of tools in line with requirements
• Support senior management strategic vision
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred
• Experiencewith defining and implementing data quality programs
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
• Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes, with the ability to anticipate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effectively to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
• Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
• Ability to work under pressure, facilitate discussions

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
