Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
2 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
Experience in building, leading and executing with various and highly cross-functional teams, with complex project management and cross-functional executive stakeholder management.
Experience in one (or more) of industries covered by Integrated Solutions (e.g., Health, Finance, Travel, Telecom).
Ability to lead, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate with and influence teams across boundaries (cross-product, cross-organization, etc.).
Ability to operate with urgency, adaptability, and clarity of thought, in a fluid and dynamic team environment.
Excellent problem-solving, strategic, and communication skills, particularly with executive-level stakeholders.
