What you`ll do :
The Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust IAM solutions that align with business requirements
- Designing and maintaining secure architecture for authentication, authorization and access control mechanisms.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to IAM, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR
- Monitoring and analyzing IAM performance metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in IAM to continually enhance our security posture.
- Conducting security audits and support penetration testing to identify and address IAM-related vulnerabilities
- Identifying, documenting, and mitigating technical-level Identity and Access Management-related risks.
What you bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Security Architect or in a similar role
- At least 6 years of professional experience in a technical Identity and Access Management (IAM) or IT Security role
- Expertise in IAM solutions such as authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), and access control
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to analyze complex challenges and formulate robust solution proposals.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as NIST or ISO 27001
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or relevant SANS certifications are highly preferred.
