Your Key Responsibilities
- As the Senior in the testing team, you will be responsible for:
- Test Planning: Design test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
- Conduct Testing: Oversee the execution of various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze Results: Review and analyze test results, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality standards and testing requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in the testing process.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to management and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to product quality and develop mitigation strategies.
- Demo Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective demo strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Demo Preparation: Ensure that all demo environments are well-prepared, including the setup of up-to-date data, different countries, entities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report progress, challenges, and outcomes of testing and demo activities.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop tailored reports and visualizations to support their requirements.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in global payroll, system integrations, project management, or a related field, preferably within the payroll or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, data management, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
