Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically guide clients in the adoption and optimization of ITSM frameworks, aligning IT services with their core business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive ITSM strategies to drive client productivity, efficiency, and collaboration.
  • Champion the continuous improvement of ITSM processes, leveraging industry best practices and cutting-edge methodologies.
  • Perform in-depth analyses of client IT environments, identifying opportunities for service enhancement and innovation.
  • Oversee complex ITSM projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct advanced workshops and training sessions for clients on ITIL processes, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of IT infrastructure services with broader business processes and goals.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the ITSM landscape, including trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in ITSM roles, preferably within IT Consulting, Products, or Service Integrator Companies.
  • Extensive experience in the design, deployment, and management of ITSM solutions and processes.
  • Proven track record of leading IT transformation initiatives and operating model redesigns.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at the executive level.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • ITIL4 certification is preferred.
