As Project Engineering Manager, responsible for Civil, Instrumentation, Mechanical (FEG & MEG), Electrical, Piping Design, Piping Stress and other Engineering Groups of a project.
A degree in Engineering, with 20 to 25 years of experience.
Should have worked in Basic, feed, and detailed engineering projects in Electronics, Oil and Gas projects.
Should have EPCM project experience.
Knowledge of project execution, engineering design and engineering deliverables.
Responsibilities
Overall control / supervision, staffing and responsibility (technical and administration) for Engineering Groups.
Preparing work hour estimates for proposals (where / as applicable)
Review utilization factors and productivity. Increase productivity. Identify focal areas and draw up Performance Advancement Plan; formulate methods to measure the same.
Monitor and Control the activities of his Project to comply with Project's budget requirements.
Ensure work is completed as per planned schedule and within the budgeted work hours.
