Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Director of Creative, cross-functional partners, and external developers to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with creative goals.
  • Track Creative Design assignments and ensure sufficient coverage is provided, resolving dependencies and facilitating information flow.
  • Inspire and empower development teams by guiding them through continuous improvement, and sharing learnings with the External Games Organisation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and other game development professionals.
  • Build and maintain ongoing production schedules and scheduling, monitor project progress with necessary adjustments, and facilitate team meetings to reach effective decisions ensuring project completion.
  • Utilize project management tools and techniques to manage projects and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Understand the larger vision for a system, feature, or content and work with Creative Design team leadership to deliver those goals.
  • Partner with the Creative Design team to help update and maintain a shared library of assets and process documentation
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in game development Production or Development Management (social, F2P, mobile, web, console, handheld).
  • Able to create, implement, and own effective workflows for creative teams.
  • Experience participating in game development cycles including leading development of game features and/or services.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal, distributed, and external teams (development, outsourcing, etc.).
  • Experience and proven ability to work on complex cross-functional projects in a quickly evolving environment; delivering tasks on schedule, budget, scope, capacity, risks, and quality.
  • Knowledge of production and game design difficulties generally encountered by teams and an understanding of how to tailor solutions to their unique requirements.
  • Positive influence and ability to receive and provide objective and constructive feedback.
  • Ability to influence direction, without relying on positional authority.
  • Experience creating reports and presentations with project updates to stakeholders.
  • Licensed IP game experience is a plus.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $60,000-270,000.
