Seeking motivated Computer Science talent for joining the award-winning Intel Network Builders Ecosystem program in the CEED (Customer and Ecosystem Enabling Division), part of the NESG (Network and Edge Solutions Group) inside the NEX (Network and Edge Group). Intel partners in the program include ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), ODMs (Original Design Manufacturers), GSIs (Global System Integrators), CoSPs (Communication Service Providers), end users in the Industrial and other Edge verticals. Our small, agile technical team enables Intel partners to build and test their solutions using Intel Network and Edge Builders Test Bed. You will work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment taking on tasks such as

  • Developing scripts and tools to improve data center infrastructure management, availability, and reliability. Projects include creating interactive web portals, evaluating open source and third-party offerings, and deploying automation solutions.

  • Debugging OS and hardware issues remotely and dispatching technicians for on-site repairs.

  • Converting Intel deep technical and engineering know-how into hands-on trainings.

You will prepare live system images, write training documentation, and help deliver engaging lessons. Through these and other technical challenges, you will gain invaluable experience with cutting-edge technologies while working alongside our talented team. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • The individual must be well organized, methodical, and detail oriented. A self-starter who can identify problems, taking initiative to propose solutions, and successfully executing plans.

Good to have skills to be successful at this role:

  • Experience on software projects beyond university exercises.

  • Experience with IP networks and Linux system administration.

  • Experience in writing code in Python and Bash.

  • Experience in JavaScript and C/C++ is welcomed.

  • Familiarity with Cloud, Web and Browser technologies, some experience working with one or more of the following technologies is seen as a plus: Ansible, AWS, Docker, LXC/LXD, Kubernetes, Nodejs, React.
