• Excellent capability to facilitate and manage planning in demanding stakeholder environments
• Technical understanding and experience with products such as those offered by Instaclustr (Apache Cassandra, Apache Kafka, OpenSearch, Redis, Cadence and PostgreSQL)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent knowledge of the technology market relevant to Instaclustr’s offerings
• Right to work in Australia

The typical journey our candidates experience going through our hiring process looks a little like this:
