Process Solutions & Automation Manager – FSO Technology Consulting (Multiple Positions) (1506828), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Iselin, NJ.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.

Must have 3 years of technical implementation experience with one or a combination of the following BPM vendors: Appian, Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow, and/or Unqork

Must have 3 years of demonstrated technical delivery experience with one or a combination of the following BPM vendors: Appian, Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow, and/or Unqork.

Must have 4 years of hands-on experience with designing, configuring, deploying, or testing BPM vendor solutions.

Must have 3 years of experience leading a team of 3 or more.

Must have 1 year of experience with Agile methodologies.

Must have 1 year of hands-on experience in relational databases, API-centric development, or SQL development.
