Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in a thin film process engineering technical environment, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Semiconductor Processing.
- 5 years of thin film process engineering experience in a production silicon fab environment.
- Experience with thin film characterization, profilometer, ellipsometer.
- Experience with technical problem-solving and collaborative innovation.
- In depth tool understanding of CVD, PVD, Ebeam, ALD, as it relates to processes control and capability.
- A fast learner, and ability to adapt to the culture and technology in a dynamic environment.
