Operation
- Support account team for target breaking down into branches or stores
- Support for BLR POS target setting and maintains
- Follow reporting process to collect and provide regular sales performance e.g. weekly performance, monthly L1 data and market competitor information through account team, Hana, or other resources
- Have effective communication with sales team to ensure all aligned strategy and plan are well communicated and executed
- Provide a consistent and reliable point of contact between account team and other functional team.
- Provide supports to team in reporting, data management and analysis, future order management and admin
Financial
- Support team’s SWB planning and management
- Manage internal and external process on customer rebate and other incentive program
- Ensure the internal process of all financial info and payment documents required by company

Professional background / Experience
- Functional: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management for a leading consumer goods company, ideally with wholesale focus
- Industry: Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
- Exposure: Sports, marketing, trade marketing
Education
- University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
IT skills
- Microsoft : advanced
- Capability to process big data through Power BI / Access / Power PT is a must
- MSTR Power User is a plus
Language skills
- Native-level Mandarin and fluent English required
