•Drive implementation of cross SBG portfolio development for the new energy management BTI
•Work collaboratively with various individual NPI program managers to ensure the delivery targets align with the business requirements
•Lead team of solution / offering managers (direct or matrix) to ensure end to end delivery of the solution YOU MUST HAVE: •Experience in offering management or related role.
•Experience in a leadership or managerial role.
•Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings.
•Strong leadership and people management skills.
•Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
•Proven executive communication and interpersonal skills.
•Experience with new energy applications (biofuels, green H2, energy storage)
•Available and willing to travel up to 30% of the time WE VALUE: •Demonstrated analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
•Fluent in English
•Good presentation and Business Writing Skills
•Proven effectiveness working across multiple geographies
•Broad industry and portfolio knowledge
•MBA or Advanced Business Degree is preferred
•Strong influencing skills
•Builds strong business relationships
