Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Cloud Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our cloud supply chain processes using data-driven approaches. Your primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities

  • Create & submit purchase requisitions while reviewing for accuracy
  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly requirements are completed on time
  • Get supplier quotes and update purchase requisitions as needed
  • Identify and communicate risks, systems issues, BOM errors, etc. to appropriate teams for resolution
  • Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in our cloud supply chain operations
  • Continuously monitoring and optimizing supply chain performance metrics
  • Creating data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes and prioritize tasks effectively


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 5+ years experience in purchasing, data entry and/or supply chain management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to recognize and communicate risks & issues effectively
  • Interact and communicate cross functionally
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working with a global team
  • Familiarity with supply chain software (e.g., Kinaxis, Ariba) and databases
  • Analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Strong MS Office Skillset specifically in Excel


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience with Cloud and Cloud Infrastructure operations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in Python programming language for data analysis, modeling, and automation
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics
  • Certifications in supply chain management or data analysis (e.g., APICS, ISM, Tableau, Kinaxis)
