Minimum qualifications:

- 12 years of experience in running programs and delivering systems in an agile environment.
- Experience in building integrated systems through the entire lifecycle (i.e., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to manage third-party service providers to generate timely execution of initiatives including governance, budgets, and milestones to ensure on-budget delivery.
- Ability to implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor vendor performance and optimize program operations.
- Ability to design and build processes and tools for scale.
- Excellent technical acumen and understanding of systems.
