We're looking for an

You will report to the GVP of North EMEA.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do(Manage all Sales staff & departmental meetings including quarterly all-hands & off-sites.
Co-ordinate all travel arrangements including agendas, flights & hotel details.
Plan, organize and co-ordinate departmental functions & special events.
Track expense reports & budgetary requirements.
Assists with the operational aspects of the business such as reporting and analysis.
Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
Flexibility on work location - you might be required to work a day a week in our London office (EC2M 1NR).
Works on problems of diverse scope where requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Works with little or no supervision.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
2 to 4 years' experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant required.
Experience working with Sales leaders from Director up to SVP level.
