In this Role you will:

• Contribute to initiatives that address current and emerging risks across the CIB Banking and Commercial Real Estate businesses.

• Support the evaluation and monitoring of decisions and practices within the Control Management function.

• Support Control Team coverage of CIB Banking and Commercial Real Estate owned processes, risks, and controls inclusive of ongoing execution of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and issue management program requirements

• Provide consulting support to help business teams identify risks and design and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

• Explore opportunities to apply AI and automation to reduce manual controls and enhance risk detection.

• Assist in developing and maintaining risk monitoring and reporting processes.

• Participate in Control Management projects and cross-functional working groups.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in Corporate and Investment Banking or Commercial Real Estate (origination, closing, or asset management).

• Experience with Wells Fargo’s risk programs including RCSA and issues management

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Strongrelationship-buildingand communication skills.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate across various levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ownership.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Job Expectations:

• Hybrid work schedule. Must be able to work from one of the approved job posting locations three (3) days in office & two (2) days remote.

• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
