Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in telecommunications at carrier scale working with optical network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer2/3 routers, and data services.
6 years of experience managing and building teams.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience managing in a Network Operations Center environment.
Experience collaborating with leadership across various disciplines and being a point of contact for stakeholders, planners, designers, and operational business partners.
Experience identifying metrics and Key Performance Indicators to measure network operations center performance to report to the management team.
Ability to lead a team of Network Operations Center engineers and drive improvements in key operations performance indicators.
